One of those days...

AJ has been suffering from acid reflux, which has caused many sleepless nights over the past 10 weeks. He is on medicine now to help him, so we are starting to get some relief, though it's hard to catch up on sleep with an almost 3 year old and 10 week old. Earlier this week, I was just having one of those days where nothing seemed to go right. I was completely exhausted from being up at night with AJ, it was snowing and freezing outside, so we couldn't go anywhere, which makes for a long day at home. I was sitting on the couch counting down the minutes to when Chris was going to get home from work while the boys were playing together on AJ's jungle mat. All of a sudden, Tommy turns to AJ and says "You know AJ, we have the best mommy in the world!" It completely melted my heart. It made everything that has happened over the past 3 years of being a parent completely and totally worth it. I love my boys.

More Carousel Fun

We ventured down to the carousel again this weekend with Nonni, Poppy T, and the uncles. Tommy had a great time riding the tiger and AJ once again enjoyed riding the peacock.

Baptism

This past weekend our families came together to celebrate the baptism of AJ. A great time was had by all. AJ was great, and didn't even cry when the water was poured on his head! Here are some pictures from the event.

Who doesn't belong?

The Harris's having been trying to take a family photo to send out for the announcement of Natalie's birth. We all know how hard it is to take a picture of a child...let alone 3!! So on New Year's Eve, they tried once again for a photo. Brady didn't want his picture taken, so Tommy stepped in because they were wearing the exact same outfit that day! Oh well, better than nothing!

Snow Angels

We have been getting a significant amount of snow in Michigan. Tommy has loved to go out and play in it every chance he gets. Here is a video of him making snow angels.

Downtown Discovery Zone and Carousel

Downtown St. Joe just opened an extension of the Children's Museum down by Silver Beach. Attached to this discovery zone is an indoor carousel modeled after the one that used to be on Silver Beach many years ago. Tommy had a great time playing at the discovery zone and AJ absolutely LOVED the carousel ride! He cooed and smiled the whole time!
